Aline grew up in the northern Arizona city of Flagstaff. Graduating from Northern Arizona University, Aline concentrated her career of over 18 years  in land use, wastewater and building inspections. Today, Aline uses the lessons of her career in the construction fields to run the day to day operations of A.K. Eaton Builders.  Aline focuses her attention in fine tuning the product that is released to our homeowners.

Keith grew up in Illinois, born to a second generation home builder. He attended college in Illinois and studied Civil Engineering Technology and Fire science. Keith's professional experience includes over 20 years of the building trades and public safety.  Keith's duties of the company is to be the job site Superintendant/ General Contractor for all projects under construction. He demands a level of expertise and essence of quality assurrance in all steps of the construction process, from lot preperation to the Certificate of Occupancy.
